Terms of Service — H2M Labs

This policy applies to H2M Labs (h2mlabs.in) and all products operated by H2M Labs. Each product may also have its own supplementary policy that covers product-specific data practices. For WatchMySubs, please also refer to the dedicated policies at watchmysubs.com/privacy and watchmysubs.com/terms.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at h2mlabs.in and all products operated by H2M Labs ("we", "us", or "our"), including WatchMySubs (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use any H2M Labs product or service. By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Your Account

Some Services require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

Providing accurate and up-to-date account information
Keeping your password confidential
All activity that occurs under your account

Notify us immediately at hello@h2mlabs.in if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Billing

Paid Services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annual, as selected). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Billing descriptor

All payments are processed under the name "H2M Labs" — the registered business entity behind every product we ship. This is the name that will appear on your bank statement or card receipt, regardless of which specific product you subscribed to.

Pricing changes

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect for your existing subscription.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase for new subscriptions. After this period, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. To request a refund, email hello@h2mlabs.in.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services or our infrastructure
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Services without our written permission
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content
Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, and branding on the Services — including the H2M Labs name, logo, and product names — are owned by H2M Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any data you input into the Services. By using the Services, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

6. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the Services available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. Where a paid Service is permanently discontinued, we will provide a pro-rated refund for any remaining subscription period.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of those platforms. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, H2M Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless H2M Labs, its founder, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
