• Payment information: Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all H2M Labs products, handling billing and global tax compliance on our behalf. We store only your LemonSqueezy customer ID and subscription status — never your card details.
• Communications: If you contact us by email, we retain your message and email address to respond to you.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data: We may collect information about how you interact with the Services — pages visited, features used, and actions taken.
• Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and timestamps may be recorded in server logs.
• Cookies: We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions and remember your preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work properly.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is permanently deleted. For WatchMySubs, account deletion is immediate and automatic — all charges, subscriptions, alerts, and connected account data are wiped instantly.

You may also request deletion at any time by emailing hello@h2mlabs.in. We will action your request within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures — encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and trusted infrastructure providers — to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Request deletion of your data
